The Portal Services team comprises a group of Web professionals who work together to meet the needs of UCSD faculty, staff, and students through the Blink and TritonLink Web sites. We also provide design, content, and usability support to the Campuswide Portal Project. Our customer-service orientation helps us work closely and effectively with the UCSD community.

The team's purpose is to help departments and organizations at UCSD launch and maintain concise, accurate, and helpful Web content to their various audiences.

The Portal Services team reports to Sydney Donahoe and includes editors, writers, designers, usability specialists, news producers, photographers, technical liaisons, and a campus portal coordinator. Portal Services partners with UCSD subject matter experts to provide essential information and processes to faculty, staff, students, and other UCSD audiences who use our Web sites and services.
