The SIO Shuttle operates weekdays, 7:15 a.m. – 9:15 p.m., year-round (excluding university holidays).
The shuttle makes the following stops:

- IGPP
- Isaacs Hall
- Southwest Fisheries
- Nierenberg Hall
- Aquarium-Museum
- Coast Apartments
- North Torrey Pines Road
- Revelle Parking
- Pacific Hall
- Muir Apartments
- Peterson Hall*
